We invite you to a very special tasting \u2014 a masterclass that, to our knowledge, has never before been held in Austria:
Sparkling sake (bottle-fermented!)<\/strong>\u00a0in a direct \u2014 not competitive \u2014 encounter with\u00a0grower Champagne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The SHIKI Sakethek team will introduce the production of sparkling sake, while\u00a0Champagne Characters<\/strong>\u00a0will present the directly imported grower Champagnes in detail.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0six exciting flights<\/strong>, including one still comparison,\u00a0Japanese elegance<\/strong>\u00a0meets\u00a0French finesse<\/strong>. We will serve\u00a0edamame<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the classic sake companion \u2014 and\u00a0fresh baguette<\/strong>\u00a0as a nod to Team Champagne.<\/p>\n
