We invite you to a very special tasting \u2014 a masterclass that, to our knowledge, has never before been held in Austria:
Sparkling sake (bottle-fermented!)<\/strong> in a direct \u2014 not competitive \u2014 encounter with grower Champagne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The SHIKI Sakethek team will introduce the production of sparkling sake, while Champagne Characters<\/strong> will present the directly imported grower Champagnes in detail.<\/p>\n

In six exciting flights<\/strong>, including one still comparison, Japanese elegance<\/strong> meets French finesse<\/strong>. We will serve edamame<\/strong> \u2014 the classic sake companion \u2014 and fresh baguette<\/strong> as a nod to Team Champagne.<\/p>\n
