We invite you to a very special tasting — a masterclass that, to our knowledge, has never before been held in Austria:
Sparkling sake (bottle-fermented!) in a direct — not competitive — encounter with grower Champagne.
The SHIKI Sakethek team will introduce the production of sparkling sake, while Champagne Characters will present the directly imported grower Champagnes in detail.
In six exciting flights, including one still comparison, Japanese elegance meets French finesse. We will serve edamame — the classic sake companion — and fresh baguette as a nod to Team Champagne.
An afternoon full of bubbles, aromas, and surprises — from delicate sweetness to fine minerality.
